A charging document alleging a violation of a domestic violence order must identify the order the defendant is alleged to have violated, or at least include sufficient facts to apprise the defendant of his or her actions giving rise to the charge(s). Here, the challenged complaint merely tracks the language of the ordinance, other than setting forth dates of the charging period. The complaint does not identify the specific order alleged to have been violated...
