We issued our memorandum opinion in this case on April 1, 2004. Appellants filed a motion for rehearing on April 16, 2004. We deny the motion for rehearing, but withdraw our original opinion and substitute this in its stead so that we may more explicitly address whether adverse possession can occur following a mutual mistake regarding boundary lines...
