Kelley, entered a guilty plea to two counts of aggravated murder with death-penalty specifications and one count of aggravated robbery. The trial court heard a prosecutor's statement of facts, but it did not determine on the record whether Kelley was guilty beyond a reasonable doubt of aggravated murder...
