SLABY, Judge.

{¶ 1} Defendant, Anthony Lee, appeals from the judgment of the Summit County Court of Common Pleas, finding him guilty of possession of cocaine under R.C. 2925.11(A) and forgery under R.C. 2913.31(A)(2). We affirm.

{¶ 2} On March 17, 2003, defendant was indicted for possession of cocaine. On September 23 of the same year, he was supplementally indicted for forgery and two additional counts of possession of cocaine. A jury trial ensued...
