This case arises from a breach-of-contract suit between Browning Construction Company ("Browning") and Alamo College Community District ("ACCD"). At trial, the jury awarded Browning, the plaintiff, over $3,000,000 on its breach-of-contract claim. The trial court entered judgment in accordance with the verdict.
