OPINION OF THE COURT

JOSEPH KEVIN McKAY, J.

The court makes the following findings of fact and conclusions of law after an evidentiary hearing held on March 23, 24, and April 7, 14, 2004 on defendants' motions to suppress statements. Sometime after the hearing defendant Curtis Babb withdrew his motion to suppress the statements he made to the detectives on June 22, 2002 in the 77th Precinct. Therefore, I will not make findings and conclusions in his case...
