Appellant Christine Pesina, individually and as next friend of Eric Martinez, sued Mark Hudson and his parents, appellees Gerald and Becky Hudson, because of injuries Eric suffered while a passenger in an automobile being driven by Mark. Christine alleged that Gerald and Becky (collectively, "the Hudsons") negligently entrusted the automobile to Mark. The trial court granted summary judgment to the Hudsons. We reverse...
