[¶ 1] Tiphany Gayhart and Richard Jordan were involved in an intimate relationship for a number of years, living together in Texas before moving to Jackson, Wyoming. In the course of their relationship, Ms. Gayhart became involved in Mr. Jordan's financial dealings and had access to Mr. Jordan's substantial assets.
