¶ 1 K.D.R.-M. (the mother) appeals the judgment of the Fifteenth Judicial District Court, Roosevelt County, dismissing her temporary orders of protection against R.E.M. (the father).

¶ 2 We reverse and remand for proceedings consistent with this Opinion.
