SHERRY RADACK, Chief Justice.

Appellant, Gregory Vongontard, challenges a protective order entered against him pursuant to the Texas Family Code.1 We consider whether (1) we have jurisdiction to consider the appeal and (2) there was legally and factually sufficient evidence to support the order. We affirm.
