Mollie Grabauskas was convicted of interference with an officer in the performance of his duty. Mollie appealed her municipal court conviction to the trial court. In a bench trial, the trial court affirmed Mollie's conviction. On appeal, Mollie contends that her seizure by police officers was illegal and that it violated her constitutional right to be free from an unreasonable search and seizure. We agree.
