In this construction contract case, Saddlewood Downs, L.L.C., (Saddlewood) appeals the judgment entered in favor of Holland Corporation, Inc. (Holland). Saddlewood argues the trial court erred in finding that Holland was entitled to money for fly ash stabilization work required by the City of Olathe (City) prior to Holland's completion of streets in the Saddlewood Downs subdivision (subdivision).
