The plaintiff, Deborah M. Smith ("Smith"), appeals from two judgments rendered by the trial court, granting exceptions of res judicata, no right of action, and no cause of action filed by the defendants, Jefferson Parish, Marla Redmann Garvey, and Lawrence Garvey ("the Garveys"). For the reasons which follow, we affirm the judgment granting the exception of res judicata, and we pretermit any discussion regarding the exceptions of no right...
