This is an appeal from a summary judgment granted by the trial court in favor of defendant BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (BellSouth) dismissing all claims against BellSouth without prejudice1 should further discovery disclose a basis for recovery. For the reasons that follow, we amend the judgment to provide that the dismissal of BellSouth is a dismissal with prejudice and we affirm the judgment...
