PER CURIAM.

In light of the decision in State v. Harris, 29 Fla. L. Weekly S230, ___ So.2d ___, 2004 WL 1064790 (Fla. May 13, 2004), we reverse and remand for consideration of the State's petition to commit appellant as a sexually violent predator. See also Murray v. Regier, 872 So.2d 217 (Fla.2002).
