Sto Industries, Inc. appeals the imposition of discovery sanctions and attorney fees after a second trial that we ordered because of newly discovered evidence that Sto failed to disclose before the first trial. Kurtis and Pamela Mayer cross-appeal, asserting that the trial court should have imposed a greater discovery sanction and that they were entitled to recover all their costs for the second trial.
