BEARD v. STATE

No. 2D03-4517.

874 So.2d 1274 (2004)

John Charles BEARD, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District.

June 16, 2004.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

James Marion Moorman, Public Defender, and Richard J. Sanders, Assistant Public Defender, Bartow, for Appellant.

Charles J. Crist, Jr., Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Ronald Napolitano, Assistant Attorney General, Tampa, for Appellee.

PER CURIAM.

We remand for correction of a scrivener's error in the order of probation, which should reflect that the defendant's driver's license is permanently revoked pursuant to section 322.28(2)(e), Florida Statutes (2002), rather than section 322.055(1). In all other respects, the convictions and sentences are affirmed.

Affirmed; remanded for correction of scrivener's error in probation order.
