OPINION

CHANDLER, Chancellor.

Plaintiff David Loppert moves for summary judgment. Loppert seeks to enforce a settlement agreement reached between him and defendant WindsorTech, Inc. For the reasons set forth below, I grant the motion.

I. STANDARD

This Court may grant a motion for summary judgment if there is no genuine dispute as to the material facts and the moving party is entitled to judgment as a matter of law.
