PER CURIAM.

The plaintiff, Frenchtown Five L.L.C., and its predecessors-in-title historically have benefited from a right-of-way across the defendant's property to access the rear portion of their lot. When the defendant, Carmela Vanikiotis, frustrated access to the right-of-way, the plaintiff sought judicial intervention.
