OPINION

Justice NEWMAN.

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania appeals from an Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County (PCRA court) directing the Commonwealth to provide to James Dennis (Dennis) the voir dire notes of the prosecutor from the 1992 trial of Dennis. For the reasons discussed herein, we reverse the Order of the PCRA court and remand the matter to that court to consider the remainder of Dennis' Post-Conviction Relief...
