This matter involves appeals and cross-appeals taken in two consolidated cases. The plaintiffs in both cases are partners in the accounting firm of Starr, Finer, Starr, LLP. (hereinafter "Starr Finer"). In Case No. 261639, Starr Finer seeks fees in the amount of $4,342.50 it claims is owed as a result of work it performed in connection with litigation involving the defendant Security Mills Realty Trust...
