March 18, 2004.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Arthur H. Lester, Esquire, of Woodburn S. Wesley, Jr., & Associates, Fort Walton Beach, for Appellant.

Christopher D. White, Esquire, Eraclides, Johns, Hall Gellman, Eikner & Johannssen, LLP, Pensacola, for Appellee.
