¶ 1 This case concerns the calculation of income available for support where a parent is terminated from his job and is successful in seeking unemployment compensation. The precise question is whether the trial court is bound by the Unemployment Compensation Bureau's (the Bureau) ruling that the parent was not fired for cause.
