In this case, we must decide whether the evidence is legally and factually sufficient to support appellant Barry Wayne Wootton's conviction for possession of anhydrous ammonia with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine under section 481.124 of the Texas Controlled Substances Act. This appears to be the first case to address the sufficiency of the evidence to support a conviction under this recently enacted statute...
