Verena von Mitschke-Collande and Claudia Miller-Otto (collectively "the Heirs"), as the heirs of Siegfried Otto, appeal an order dissolving a lis pendens filed in conjunction with an action against Thomas Kramer for a bill of discovery and for imposition of a constructive trust. For the following reasons, we reverse.
