OPINION BY TODD, J.:

¶ 1 Wayne David Washington appeals the judgment of sentence of three to six years imprisonment imposed by the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County following his conviction by a jury of possession with intent to deliver,1 possession of a controlled substance,2 possession of drug paraphernalia,3 and possession of a prohibited offensive weapon.
