[¶ 1] Elizabeth Wilson, on her own behalf and as the personal representative of the Estate of Donald F. Gordan, appeals from an order of instruction of the Cumberland County Probate Court (Childs, J.) declaring that Wilson's rights and the rights of Gordan's estate to real estate in Raymond, owned by Wilson and Gordan, were controlled by the 2001 District Court judgment (Portland, Powers, J.) granting a divorce to Wilson and Gordan....
