In this reciprocal disciplinary proceeding against respondent Elmer Douglas Ellis, a member of the Bar of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, the Board on Professional Responsibility ("Board") has recommended that reciprocal, but not identical, sanctions be imposed and that respondent be suspended from the practice of law for thirty days.
