The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 03-380, concluding that as a matter of final discipline pursuant to Rule 1:20-14, JAMES V. SIMMONDS of YONKERS, NEW YORK, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1983, should be suspended from the practice of law for a period of one year based on discipline imposed in the State of New York for conduct that in New Jersey constitutes violations...
