Plummer, individually and as a parent of Quincy and Loxlie Plummer, appeals a decision of the Superior Court granting a motion to dismiss in favor of Appellee, Susan A. Sherman, for lack of personal jurisdiction. Sherman is the Administratrix for the Estate of Mark Fose, the original defendant in this matter.
