¶ 1 In the instant appeal, we are called to review the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of plaintiff, Patricia M. Egger (Egger), as Administratrix of the estate of her late husband, Charles Egger. Egger sought relief from Gulf Insurance Company (Gulf) based on a security company's assignment to her of its rights under a Commercial Umbrella Policy (hereinafter "Policy") issued to that security company.
