Opinion

BISHOP, J.

In this personal injury action, the plaintiff, Zofia Mroczek, appeals from the judgment of the trial court, rendered after a jury verdict in favor of the defendant, Tadeusz Kret. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court improperly barred her engineering expert from testifying that in his opinion, the area in which the plaintiff fell was unsafe.1 We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
