On August 15, 2002, the State indicted Louis Walton with one count of aggravated rape (count one) and two counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile (counts two and three), violations of La. R.S. 14:42 and 14:81, respectively. Walton pled not guilty at his arraignment on August 20, 2002. On December 16, 2002, the trial court denied Walton's motions to suppress.
