The Appellant, the Regional Transit Authority of New Orleans, appeals the judgment of the district court granting partial summary judgment in favor of the Appellee, Joyce Woods, on the issue of liability. The Regional Transit Authority also seeks reversal of the judgment of the district court awarding damages. We amend and affirm as amended.
