Parker Travaglia appeals the summary denial of his rule 3.850 motion. We find that two of Travaglia's grounds have merit and reverse the order denying the motion.

Travaglia alleged in his motion that he rejected an early offer of five years' incarceration because his trial counsel failed to advise him about the Violent Career Criminal Act1 when they were discussing the merits...
