¶ 1. On May 14, 2003, Deborah Honea filed a complaint for separate maintenance or, in the alternative, for divorce and other relief against Ron Honea. Ron filed his answer on July 2, 2003. Deborah later withdrew her complaint for divorce. However, Ron subsequently filed his own complaint for divorce. The matters went before the Lee County Chancery Court.
