The Housing Authority of New Orleans ("HANO") appeals a judgment in which it was held liable for damages sustained by Darione Benjamin, the minor child of Tameko Benjamin, in an alleged accident on property managed by HANO in the Lafitte Housing Development. For the following reasons, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
