This appeal comes to us under Mass. Dist./Mun. Cts. R. A. D. A., Rule 8C, challenging the decision of a trial judge who dismissed plaintiff's action on the day of trial. Plaintiff-Appellant Leon Brooks (Brooks) brought the within action against Defendant-Appellee In Town Reservations, Inc. (In Town), claiming breach of a settlement agreement.
