¶ 1. This is an appeal of a circuit court's dismissal of Junior Lee Bass' motion for post-conviction relief. We affirm.

FACTS

¶ 2. On March 5, 1993, Junior Lee Bass pled guilty to the crime of false pretenses and was then sentenced to three years suspended and three years of supervised probation. The suspended sentence was later revoked. Two years later, Bass was convicted of murder, and as a habitual offender...
