PER CURIAM.

Declaring a tax sale to be null and void for lack of proper notice to the property owners, the Superior Court dismissed a petition to foreclose a tax lien with prejudice. The plaintiff, tax-sale buyer Amy Realty, a Rhode Island general partnership (Amy Realty) appeals from that order, as well as from a Superior Court order granting the defendant taxpayers and property owners' motion to deposit money into the court registry.
