Powell appeals from the summary denial of his motion filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a) to correct an illegal sentence. He argues that because the two crimes for which he was sentenced arose out of the same criminal episode, and because one sentence was a Prison Releasee Reoffender (PRR) sentence, the court could not require the two sentences be served consecutively.
