¶ 1. Jonathan Smith was convicted of armed robbery by a Leflore County jury. He was sentenced to ten years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, with six and one-half years to serve, and three and one-half years suspended on the condition that he completes three and one-half years of post-release supervision.
