PER CURIAM.

Jerry Mack Dorrough, a/k/a Bobby Wayne, appeals the trial court's denial of his "Motion for Correction of Errors of Fact or Stay of Judgment Pending Litigation." It appears the trial court treated Dorrough's motion as being filed under Florida Family Law Rule of Procedure 12.540, and denied the motion. Because Dorrough's motion was filed beyond the one-year limit set forth in rule 12.540, we affirm.
