Bruce Sanders and Deborah Sanders appeal a judgment dismissing their claim for damages sustained when Bruce Sanders ("Mr. Sanders") slipped on a patch of ice.

We affirm.

FACTS

Bruce Sanders was employed as a maintenance man for Community Bridges, which managed group homes for mentally-retarded individuals in the Ruston area. On the morning of January 2, 2001, Mr. Sanders was called out to one of the homes to repair a clogged drain...
