Defendant was convicted of indecent behavior with a juvenile, and sentenced to three years at hard labor. The sentence was suspended and the trial court placed the defendant on five years active probation with the special condition that he serve fifty consecutive weekends in the Orleans Parish Prison. The defendant was also ordered to register himself as a sex offender in accordance with La. R.S. 15:542. On appeal the appellant alleges
