The District Board of Trustees of St. Johns River Community College appeals the final judgment rendered by the trial court after a jury trial. The appellee is an architect who had entered into a contract for the provision of professional services to the College, and the underlying dispute involved whether the architect was entitled to payment for certain work performed.
