¶ 1. The Estate of Lavern Walters appeals from the chancellor's order denying replevin and money damages. We find no error and affirm.

¶ 2. Until 1986, Lavern Walters owned and operated Analytical Chemical Laboratories, Inc. ("ACL"), a water conditioning business located in Jackson. In December of 1986, Walters sold the assets of ACL to Pat Freeman. The assets included all of the real and personal property...
