¶ 1. John Kemp has appealed an order denying his request for free copies of records by the Oktibbeha County Circuit Court. On April 19, 2002, Kemp pled guilty to two counts of the sale of cocaine. He was sentenced to a term of ten years on count one and ten years on count two in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections. These sentences were to run consecutively.
