This case involves two interrelated rulings by the trial court which present a res nova issue. After a challenge by the non-domiciliary parent regarding the domiciliary parent's decision to continue home schooling the three minor children, the trial court ruled in favor of the continuance of home schooling. Additionally, the trial court awarded the domiciliary parent permanent spousal support without imputing any employment income to that parent...
