{¶ 1} Daniel Gessner appeals from a judgment dismissing his age-discrimination case against the city of Union, Ohio. According to the complaint, Gessner was over 40 years of age when he retired from the Union police force and was replaced by a male under the age of 40. The complaint also made various allegations concerning constructive discharge, including that Gessner was continuously badgered about retirement by the city manager and that unjustified...
